Liza Naumova, co-founder of Ukrainian luxury stores OTRADA, is bringing her extensive experience and distinctive vision to a personally curated selection of clothing, jewelry and accessories — the ODDS pop-up store at Art Basel Miami. Featuring playful, charming and fearless pieces alongside easy basics that are anything but boring, ODDS makes it easy and fun to step out of the mundane into the adventurous.
About the concept
When/what/where
ODDS is a pop-up concept store coming to one of the main locations of Art Basel Miami — Wynwood or Design District — to be followed by an online store.
Why
Our goal is to provide customers with an out-of-the ordinary selection of jewelry, clothing and accessories from all over the world. The name and theme of the event is in development, but it will express our belief that there should be no fear of seeming strange or odd in personal style choices.
Opening
We will introduce the store with an opening party: invitations only, trendy DJ, tattoo artist, bloggers, influencers and press.

Every type of visual aid has pros and cons that must be evaluated to ensure it will be beneficial to the overall presentation. If used incorrectly, the visual becomes not an aid, but a distraction.
In the Mood For Odds
Being unique is an act of courage rewarded by a life lived adventurously. Every good story begins with an odd event or an odd feeling that takes the hero down roads never traveled before. Embrace the Odd in yourself and have fun with your style choices, because no one else can do it for you. Play with your own expectations and discover a collection where every piece is the odd one out, in the most delicious way. Give courage to your imagination and finally run away with the circus — ODDS will be there waiting for you.
Pop-up interior inspirations
Interior of the pop-up
Signs and words are written on canvas, or shaped in neon lighting. The showcases for jewelry might be in varied styles — some classical, some vintage pharmaceutical cabinets painted in striking colors or with custom drawings by artists. The main palette is of 3 colors: gold, neon, orange.
Accents are: vintage carpets, Kid Robot toys, unexpected sources of light, mannequins and racks also painted or customized by artists. A coffee zone with sofa, armchairs and tea table; perhaps a bar counter with high chairs.
A professional architect and decorator are commissioned to design the space. We will be able to provide sketches and artistic representations of the concept before commencing work, but one thing is for sure — it's going to be ODDly sophisticated and stylish!
